Pivot Energy has been named one of the 2020 Best Places to Work honorees by the Denver Business Journal. This year, Pivot Energy was selected under the “medium” size category and is the only solar company in its size category.

The annual award recognizes companies with the best workplaces in the Denver metro area who are changing the business landscape while providing a healthy environment for their employees. In order to be nominated, candidates must go through a two-fold nomination and survey process. This process includes an employee engagement survey from each company to get a true reflection of the business fundamentals and environment of each company. The key engagement categories for the survey include team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation, and benefits.

This is the second year in a row that Pivot has been recognized by the Denver Business Journal as one of the “Best Places to Work.” We believe in measuring progress on more than just a financial basis is a better approach to doing business. We take a triple bottom line (3BL) approach in which we work to achieve a balance between people, planet, and profit. This 3BL approach has developed into a key component of our award-winning company culture, helps us attract and retain some of the best and brightest, and is the secret to our success.
